Murgh Musallm recipe | Cooked Indian Style | Easy to Cook Recipe

Friends, I'm sharing Murgh Musallm recipe With you for coming new year as it was in demand by most of friends. A picture of the same has already being posted.
Murgh means chicken and Musallam means whole.
Please prepare your self to make this Recipe with full concentration.
Step 1- marinade chicken
Get 1 chicken 700 to 800 grams clean and slit and poke.
With
2 tbls lemon juice
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbls ginger garlic paste
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
Marinade the chicken for about 1 hr. Or more
Step 2- 
steam the chicken till tender in your pressure cooker take it out care fully left over juice in cooker must add with gravy.
Step 3- stuffing
3 cups cooked basmati rice
1 cup mix dry fruits
2 boiled eggs
Salt, 1 tsp garam masala
Some butter
Mix together In a separate pan along with eggs, stuff in hollow of chicken half portion of egg must be use to lock.
Step 4- gravy1 cup brown onion
1 tbls ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1tsp corider powder, 1 tsp sugar,
2 tsp lemon juice
Butter to make sauce make a fine gravy pour on chicken.
Or a qurma gravy may also be use.
Step 5- cook in oven. Take a oven try put chicken here and pour all gravy on it.
Now mugh musallam put in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. @ 150°.
Step 6- Garnish put on a large platter garnish with lemon and your favourite Salad.
This Murgh Musallam is a full meal dish, its enough for two persons or some more may also share.
Note: one may skip step 5 if wants gravy base only.
Vegetarian friends may use a full cauliflower with same method they can put rice in side of platter instead of stuffing.

Gajar Ka Halwa in Hindi | Quick Gajar Carrot Halwa Recipe

Gajar ka halwa is a delicious combination of grated carrots cooked with mawa and assorted nuts. Just follow simple steps to enjoy this winter special treat anytime at home!

Samagri: 
1 ½ kilo Gaajar,
10 hari ilaychi,
2 tukde dalchini,
½ kilo sakkar,
250 gram desi ghee,
400 gram condensed mil yani gaadha kiya huva doodh ya mawa ya phir khoya,
4 tunera verk,
50 gram badam,
50 gram pista.

Tareeka:
Gaajar ko khis lijiye phir issey ek bartan mein dal kar aag par chada len, thodi thodi der par issey chamach se ghumatae rahen jab tak ki saara paani sookh na jaye, ab iss mein hari ilaychi, dalchini aur shaker mila kar kuch der pakne dein, Phir desi ghee mila kar 5 se 7 minute aur pakayen, aakhir mein iss mein ghaada doodh, ya mawa ya phir khoya mila lein, ek plate mein nikal kar us par saleeke se sunehra vark laga kar pista aur baadam se uski sajawat Karen.

 1 gallon apple cider ya juice
 12 saabut laung
 2 bade apple cheele huye
 2 badi dandi daalcheeni
 Jaiphal powder
 rum
Tareeka:
Pour apple cider ya juice ko ek badi haandi mein daaliye, ab cheele huye hare k apple mein 6 saabut laung chubhoyen, in apples ko haandi mein daaliye saathi daalcheeni ki dandiyan bhi daaliye, ab isse tez aanch par ubaaliye,ubaal aa jaaye toh aanch deemi kar ke haandi dhaank dijiye taaki khushbu bani rahe issi halat mein ek ghante tak isse dheemi aanch par pakne dijiye.ab aanch se utaar kar ye cider punch mug mein bhar kar pesh kijiye agar chaho to iss serve karte huye iss mein zaroorat aur taste ke mutabik rum bhi mila sakte ho, agar ek din pehle bana kar rakh lo to aur bhi achcha taste aayega, fridge mein rakh lo magar serve karne se pehle halka garam kar lijiye  aur uspar jaiphal powder daaliye aur pesh kijiye swadisht aur stylist cider punch.

Healthy and Delicious Beetroot  Soup | Tasty, Healthy Beetroot Soup

How to make a simple Beetroot Soup in this video. This recipe is really easy:
Healthy and hearty soup of beetroot and bottle gourd, tastes good hot or cold
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup beet root - peeled and chopped
1 cup bottle gourd (ghiya) - peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup potato - peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
salt - to taste
1/4 tsp powdered black pepper
cream
chopped coriander leaves - for garnishing
METHOD:
Place the beetroot, bottle gourd, onion, tomato and potato with two cups of water in a pan. Bring to a boil and then simmer till all the vegetables are soft. Cool and blend in a blender. Strain through a sieve. Add sugar, salt and black pepper. Serve hot or chilled garnished with the cream and coriander leaves.

Cream
Bareek Kati Huyi Dhaniya Pattiyan – Sajawat Ke Liye
Tareeka:
Ek pan mein 2 cup pani daal kar iss mein chukandar, lauki, tamatar, payaz aur aalu dal kar ubal aane par aanck dheemi kar dijiye aur saari sabziyan naram hone de, phir chuleh se utaar kar thanda hone ke liye side mein rakh de, thanda hone par mixer mein pees le, mixer se nikal kar chain se chaan lijiye, ab iss mein shaker, namak aur kali miri powder mila ljijiye , cream aur dhaniya pattiyon se saja kar thanda ya garam serve kijiye.
