Murgh Musallm recipe | Cooked Indian Style | Easy to Cook Recipe

Friends, I'm sharing Murgh Musallm recipe With you for coming new year as it was in demand by most of friends. A picture of the same has already being posted.
Murgh means chicken and Musallam means whole.
Please prepare your self to make this Recipe with full concentration.
Step 1- marinade chicken
Get 1 chicken 700 to 800 grams clean and slit and poke.
With
2 tbls lemon juice
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbls ginger garlic paste
2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
Marinade the chicken for about 1 hr. Or more
Step 2- 
steam the chicken till tender in your pressure cooker take it out care fully left over juice in cooker must add with gravy.
Step 3- stuffing
3 cups cooked basmati rice
1 cup mix dry fruits
2 boiled eggs
Salt, 1 tsp garam masala
Some butter
Mix together In a separate pan along with eggs, stuff in hollow of chicken half portion of egg must be use to lock.
Step 4- gravy1 cup brown onion
1 tbls ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1tsp corider powder, 1 tsp sugar,
2 tsp lemon juice
Butter to make sauce make a fine gravy pour on chicken.
Or a qurma gravy may also be use.
Step 5- cook in oven. Take a oven try put chicken here and pour all gravy on it.
Now mugh musallam put in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. @ 150°.
Step 6- Garnish put on a large platter garnish with lemon and your favourite Salad.
This Murgh Musallam is a full meal dish, its enough for two persons or some more may also share.
Note: one may skip step 5 if wants gravy base only.
Vegetarian friends may use a full cauliflower with same method they can put rice in side of platter instead of stuffing.
