Til Gud Ke Ladoo | Sesame Seeds Laddoos

Friends wish you all HAPPY LOHRI, BOGHI, PONGAL UTTARAYAN

Ingredients
1/2 kg - white sesame seeds (dry roasted on a slow flame till crisp) ,
1/2 kg - Jaggery (grated),
1 cup - Peanuts (roasted and peeled),
1/2 cup - Roasted gram dal,
1/2 tsp - Elaichi powder,
2 tbsp - Ghee

Method
in a Kadhai heat ghee and add jaggery. Make a thick syrup of jaggery by stirring continuously. Add sesame seeds, peanuts, dal and mix well. Lastly mix the elaichi powder. Shape into laddoos when the mixture is hot after rubbing little ghee on your palms. Cool thoroughly before storing in an air tight container.  Til Gud Ke Lodoo
