Samagri:
500 gram baby corn,

4 bade chamach adarak lehsun paste,
2 chote chamach haldi powder,
2 ½ chamach degi mirch powder,
3 chote chamach garam masala powder,
Namak swad anusaar,
½ cup chawal ka aata kareeb 100 gram,
½ cup makai ka aata kareeb 100 gram,
Tel fry ke liye,
¼ cup nariyal ka tel,
1 bada chamach rayi,
100 gram madras shellots ya lal payaaz,
4 bade chamach hari mirchi,
4 bade chamach kati huyi adarak,
10-15 curry patte,
¼ cup yoghurt yani paani nithara huva dahi,
60 gram kati huyi hari dhaniya.
Tareeka:
Babycorn saaf kar ke paani se dho lijiye, nimbu ka ras, adarak lehsun paste, haldi powder, degi mirch powder, garam masala powder aur namak kar marinate kar dijiye, chawal aur makai kea ate ko achchi tarah mix kar lijiye, ab poori tarah pakne tak babycorn ko fry kar k eek taraf rakh dijiye, Abe k pan mein nariyal ka tel garam kjijiye, iss mein rayi daliye, phir iss mein madras shallots, kadi kati huyi hari mirch, adarak aur curry patted al kar kuch minto tak bhuney, Ab Yoghurt yani paani nithaara huva dahi milayaein aur zara der baad fried babycorn daal kar aur 2 minute tak pakayen, Lijiye tayyar hai Babycorn bezule.ab banate hai peanuts chutney.
For Chutney:
100 gram kachcha sing dana,
50 gram kasa huva nariyal,
1 bada chamach refined oil,
2 ½ bade chamach kati huyi adarak,
2 ½ bade chamach kati huyi lehsun,
2 bade chamach kati huiy payaaz,
6 sukhi lal mirch,
2 ½ bade chamach haldi ka paste,
1 chota chamach rayi, 10-12 curry patte,
1 bada chamach nariyal ka tel,
Namak swad anusaar.
Chatni banae ka tareeka:
Ek pan mein singdaane bhoon lijiye, ab iss mein tel,kati huyi adarak, lehsun, payaaz, sookhi lal mirch aur haldi paste mila dijiye, ab nariyal tel mein rayi aur curry patton ko ka tadka banayiye, ab singdaana mixture par tadka laga kar grind kar ke paste bana lijiye, chutney tayyar hai, ab pesh kijiye Babycorn bezule with peanuts chutney.
